Country Meats Family Account Fundraiser

Raise Money for YOUR Family Account!

This is a Family Account Fundraiser, designed to allow your family to raise money specifically for YOUR Family! This fundraiser benefits YOUR family only! 

Money earned through your Country Meats sales will be credited to your Family Account and can be used toward eligible CCH expenses throughout the year, including field trips, events, activities, and more. Family Account funds may not be used to purchase CCH t-shirts. 

Ownership of Funds: Funds in CCH Family Accounts are owned and managed by CCH and may only be used for qualifying activities as determined and stated by the CCH Board of Directors. 

Use of Funds: Funds in CCH Family Accounts may only be used for CCH activities in the same CCH fiscal year, with the exception of PE registration in August of the following fiscal year. CCH's fiscal year begins July 1st of the current calendar year and ends on June 30th of the following calendar year.

End of Year Transfer: Any remaining funds in CCH Family Accounts at the end of the fiscal year are automatically transferred to the CCH General Fund, unless indicated by the CCH member for use of PE registration for August of the following fiscal year. 

No Refunds: Refunds or pay outs of CCH Family Account funds directly to members are prohibited by CCH policy. Funds may only be used for qualifying CCH activities. In the event that a participant withdraws their membership from CCH, any remaining funds in their CCH Family Account will be transferred to the CCH General Fund. 

How It Works

Country Meats sticks sell for $2.00 each. The wholesale cost to CCH is $0.75 per stick, and the remaining $1.25 profit from every stick you sell is credited directly to your Family Account.

2026 Fundraiser Agreement

By completing and submitting this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms of the 2026 CCH Country Meats Family Account Fundraiser:

• Meat sticks will be available for initial pickup beginning September 1, 2026.

• I must complete and submit this agreement through Springly before checking out any meat sticks. A completed Springly submission is required as verification; verbal confirmation will not be accepted.

• I understand that meat sticks sell for $2.00 each. CCH's wholesale cost is $0.75 per stick, leaving $1.25 per stick sold to be credited to my Family Account.

• I may check out up to 40 meat sticks at a time.

• No payment is required upfront when checking out meat sticks.

• I accept financial responsibility for all meat sticks checked out to my family.

• Lost, damaged, unreturned, or otherwise unaccounted-for meat sticks will be invoiced to me at $0.75 per stick. The invoice will be marked due immediately. 

• Me nor any member of my family may participate in future CCH activities or events that require payment if I have an outstanding invoice with CCH.

• Meat sticks and payments may be returned, and additional inventory may be checked out, only on the designated return/check-out dates provided by CCH.

• All remaining money and inventory must be turned in by the final fundraiser deadline.

By submitting this agreement through Springly, I confirm that I understand the fundraiser guidelines and accept financial responsibility for all Country Meats inventory checked out to my family.
