🚗Parking Information: Parking available in the parking lot of the Caswell County Parks and Rec. Dept. over flow parking is behind the gym in the fenced in grass area and across the road at the Health Department parking lot.

✅Registration Deadline: Registration is NOT required, however, we ask that you register so we can play accordingly. Please register by Friday, August 14th.

• 6:00 pm- 6:45 pm: Arrival- Food and Resource Fair
• 6:45 pm-7:45 pm: Introductions of the Board of Directors & Speakers
• 7:45 pm-8:45 pm: Social Time 
• 8:45 pm-9:00 pm: Door Prizes and Goodbyes 

📝Event Description:

• Join us for our Annual Homeschool Community Bash as we kickoff a brand-new school year together! This family-friendly event is a wonderful opportunity for new and returning homeschool families to connect, get encouraged, and learn more about the resources available to homeschoolers in our community.
• We will have guest speakers, helpful community resources, food, door prizes, and plenty of opportunities to meet other families. Best of all, we will publish our calendar of activities for the 2026-2027 year!
• CCH members may register for CCH PE at the bash! If you are not a CCH member, you can sign up at the bash!

🎒What to Bring: Bring your family, questions, and excitement for the new homeschool year! Food will be provided. Families may also want to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets, water bottles, sunscreen, and anything needed for outdoor family fun. Please note that pets are not allowed at the event.

🚫Venue Rules: Please help us respect Caswell County Parks and Recreation by keeping the facility clean, supervising children, using trash cans, and staying within the areas reserved for our event. Families are responsible for their children at all times. Alcohol, drugs, gambling, and unsafe behavior are not permitted. Please follow all posted Parks and Recreation rules and any instructions from event leaders or Parks and Rec staff.
