-Check or cash payments must be submitted in person on Tuesday, 2/10, or Thursday, 2/12, between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm during CCH PE at the Caswell Parks and Rec gym
-Digital payments must be submitted by midnight on Monday, 2/16/26.
⌚Itinerary:
📝Event Description: This event is for our elementary children (ages 5-10*) and their parents. Join us for crafts, hot cocoa, a marshmallow building contest and a service project for the elderly citizens of our community.
*Younger siblings (under 5 years old) who wish to participate in the event must purchase a student ticket to ensure ample supplies.
🎒What to Bring: Packed lunch (light snacks and water will be provided)
🚫Venue Rules: Please adhere to the rules of the library.
Special conditions
All attendees are required to have a completed CCH membership on file in Springly, including agreement to the CCH liability waiver, in order to attend this event.
